Incredible news!!

A teacher named Vincent Gerard from the region of Wallonia; the French speaking part of Belgium, contacted me to work on a project with him and his 12th grade students. They are currently studying everything about Australian culture and have been following the Island Caretaker progress online. They liked my animation video and have decided to support me with their votes. We will hopefully be able to communicate via Skype and answer each others questions during the next couple of weeks.

This is possibly the most wonderful experience yet! To interact with students half way around the world (that I have never met before) and inspire them to keep on learning is pretty phenomenal!

Thanks guys! I look forward to keeping you all in the loop as the BEST JOB IN THE WORLD continues.

* A little side note…here is cute little Solène, Vincent Gerard’s six year old daughter. What a doll!*
